Hi, I’m Mia! I’ve been strength training since 2019 and have 3 years of experience teaching group fitness. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises, with a special emphasis on strengthening the lower body and core. We’ll incorporate barre and Pilates-inspired movements to really feel that burn!
